When you send a request, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the property address and the details you give about your roof. When you call (859) 555-0191, the call and the number you call from may be logged. Like most websites, this one may also record basic visit data, such as pages viewed, the browser used and the page that sent you here.

We use your details for one purpose: to pass your roofing request to one independent local roofer who serves your area, so that roofer can contact you. We also use them to answer your questions and to look into a complaint if you make one. We don't sell your details as a list, and we don't send your request to a crowd of companies.

The roofer who receives your request is a separate business with its own privacy practices. Once your details reach that roofer, its handling of them is governed by its own policy and any agreement you sign with it.

We keep request records only as long as we need them for the purposes above or to meet legal duties. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call (859) 555-0191. This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and we may update it; the date above shows the latest version.
