This site is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. It doesn't inspect roofs, write estimates, sign contracts or take payment for roofing. Any roofer you're connected with is an independent business. Your agreement for any roofing work is between you and that roofer alone, and we are not a party to it.

The cost ranges, calculator results and quiz results on this site are general information drawn from published sources, each labeled with its source and year. They are not quotes or bids, and they are not a promise of what a roofer will charge. Only a roofer who has seen your roof can price the job.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent Kentucky law allows, Roof Replacement Lexington KY is not liable for the work, prices, conduct or warranties of any roofer, or for decisions you make based on general information here.

You agree to give true details in any form and to use the site only for lawful purposes. We may change these terms or the site at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Kentucky. Questions: (859) 555-0191.
