Roofers pay us a fee for the referrals they receive. That fee is how the site is funded. Homeowners never pay us anything, and homeowners never receive anything from us: no gift card, rebate, credit, discount, prize or reward for referring a neighbor. Kentucky law caps what a contractor or its representative can give an insured on an insurance-paid job, and this site gives nothing at all.

The roofer who contacts you sets its own prices and terms. We don't quote, bid, sign contracts or collect payment for roofing work, and we don't do roofing work of any kind.

We have no tie to any insurer, insurance agent, public adjuster or appraiser, and we don't help with insurance claims. A roofer can document and price damage; you and your insurer settle the claim. We never offer to pay or rebate a deductible, and we don't knock on doors.

Because roofers pay for referrals, you should check any roofer yourself. Ask for proof of LFUCG registration (or the local office's equivalent outside Fayette County), liability and workers' compensation insurance, a local address, references and a written, itemized contract.
